Our Pool Club is defined by the idyllic Burleigh beach setting. Bask in the sunshine with drinks by the pool, from circulating rosé to a stream of colourful cocktails making their way from the bar to the cabanas. The food menu features a selection of smaller, refined bites from the restaurant—perfectly curated for a sun-drenched day spent grazing and lounging poolside.

The menu is a vibrant tribute to Australia’s fresh seafood and produce, capturing Burleigh’s unique coastal charm. Our hand-selected seafood is sourced from the warm waters of Cairns, Central Queensland, the Sunshine Coast, and local favourites on the Gold Coast, as well as the coastal rivers of Northern New South Wales. Meanwhile, our paddock offerings showcase world-class agriculture from Central Queensland, the Brisbane Valley, and Northern New South Wales.
