Straight from the trawler to seasonal stars, our seafood selection is deeply rooted in connections with local suppliers to provide the best of the best, seasonal and ethically sourced catch of the day. Our focus on Australia’s world-class sustainable seafood is central to Haven’s approach and takes pride of place on the menu. Dishes are changed daily to reflect which seasonal products are offered fresh to us from our dedicated suppliers.
